SWAP Chicken Marinade

Our marinade unlocks the full, mouthwatering potential of SWAP Chicken filets. A bold blend of zesty mustard, herbs and spices that transform your SWAP filet into a centre-of-the-plate star.

INGREDIENTS

10 SWAP Chicken filets
Marinade:
480 ml olive oil
1 tbsp (15 ml) Dijon mustard
1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
½ shallot, minced
8 sprigs fresh thyme, stems removed
30 grams minced parsley
7 grams honey
Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Whisk the marinade ingredients well to combine.
  2. Marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes and up to 24 hours in the fridge.
  3. Remove the SWAP chicken filets from the marinade and wipe off any excess.
  4. Grill or griddle the filets for 4 minutes on each side.

We recommend serving marinated SWAP Chicken with your favourite French fries or on a toasted bun with herb mayo, oven dried tomatoes, and baby arugula.
